i purchased my seats and inquired about an offer they had 1 week prior for free power recline upgrade. they said they only run that sale 2 times a year.

so i would have to wait 5 months. 2 days after my chairs arrived they ran the free power upgrade sale again. im out $500! they refused to credit me the money and refused to make it right.

i spoke w 3 different sales reps and the manager. when i said ok then i dont want them they said ship them back to us and also there will be 30% restocking fee.

i will filing a complaint with the bbb and blasting the internet w negative publicity. i was very nice and polite until now i have to be not so nice THANKS 4seating!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I had the exact same issue I preferred to take a loss and I am also going to the Bbb.
