A seat cane in wuth a defective armrest (scuffed). I contacted John and he has arranged for a tech to come out and install the new armrest. Every email I sent John was returned promptly. Very good service. I ordered the Seatcraft Catalina row of 3.

White Gloves? #407948

J.B. Hunt didn't come close to providing a white glove service.

They called me to my media rooms and showed me a jacked up chair configuration. They then told me 4seating sent the wrong chairs. I asked them to hang on while I called 4 seating, they left immediately. Fernando Reyes explained the seating arrangement and assisted me to lay out the correct order for the seats.

Everything fell in place perfectly, but I have to move every seat to get them down in the correct position.

Not cool after paying an additional $200 to have the chairs unpacked and dropped off in the media room. This is going down as excellent customer support, but miserable white glove service.

Excellent Customer Service

One of our sectional seats tore at the seam. I called 4seating.com and their representative John Jasso got back to us in a timely manner. After talking with John, sending a photo of the tear and confirming our original invoice, John called back and informed us a new end piece would be shipped tomorrow. I was very pleased with the outcome of our issue and the congenial, professional service John Jasso gave us. Terrible Experience with 4 seating! STAY AWAY!!

I purchased 10 theatre chairs and got delay after delay!! They never shipped! They never called me to notify there was a delay I had to do all the leg work and they took my payment over 3 months ago?? Luckily credit card companies came to my rescue and all I lost was my time! STAY AWAY!! LIARS! When I asked for a solution I didnt even get a callback? 10K order and they wont even respond with a phone call? I would urge anyone interested in home theatre seats to do themselves a favor and choose a different company. They may be the cheapest but like the saying says "You get what you pay for" and in my case I got nothing!

Great product, delivery, and customer service!

I ordered a row of 3 Seatcraft Sienna theater seats. Product was shipped within 24 hours and arrived on time. The seats are incredible. Once I put them together, I had a few questions about additional products. I called support and waited less than a minute to reach a person, and she answered my questions without hesitation. I then had a question about where to mount the seat shakers on the seats, as I couldn't find an appropriate area. I emailed support, and within 24 hours, had a response with EXACTLY what I had requested in my inquiry. Richard Valdez was very helpful and friendly. No issues with the product and very satisfied with the entire company experience.

Great customer service

I received my order from 4seating for 3 black leather power recliners and found a tear in the leather and two broken cup holders once I opened up the package. I called and spoke with Richard Valdez in customer service and he did a great job. He asked me to take photos of the damage and sent me an email with a diagram of the chairs and to point out where the damage occurred on the diagram. He immediately created an order for replacement parts. He followed up the next day when the replacement order was processed and ready to be shipped out to me. I would be happy to order from 4seating again. Great customer service!!

Bait and Switch Website

I purchased the Seatcraft Venetian Leather 7000 with power recline because their web site stated that this configuration would ship in 24 hours, I get an email right after they received my PayPal transaction that the chairs were not in stock and would take 10-12 weeks for shipment. The customer service rep tells me the seats are on a container ship and they have not arrived in country yet. The email tells me to speak with a "Patricia" as ask for Patricia but she's not available. My guess is that she does not exist. It's a fictitious name they give to people who contact their operation. The invoice gives me a ship date of 3/28/2017 which equals 14 weeks! They will charge me a 7% surcharge to cancel order, that equates to extortion! They have my $1897.00 and all I have is a false web advertisement.

I haven't even revived my theater seating yet and I am truly disappointed. I was tolled that part of my order was out of stock back in September and that they would be in by November. I called a couple days after the day they said it would be in stock. They said it was in and I would get a tracking number the next day. I never received the tracking number the next day so I called again and they said the same thing. I have now been told the same thing a total of four time and I still have not tracking number and haven't received my order. I just hope if I ever receive my order the seating is better then there shipping. I am now out $3000.00 and haven't gotten the theater seating I ordered.

Trying to get ahold of customer service

Cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service,everything's automated, i need to talk to someone out there ,anyone ALIVE!! I've tried for 2 days now to get ahold of somebody nothing nothing nothing every number is the same automated thing can't talk to anyone is there a number where I can actually talk to a human being I've read all the reviews of course after I ordered not very good think I only read one good review must have been somebody that work for him anybody else out there have that problem hello hello hello just trying to think of a hundred words so I can get this thing submitted

I had a perfect experience with these guys. Ordered two rows of three theater seats. Was informed that it would take approximately two weeks to ship however I received my shipment four days earlier. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Seats are comfortable no complaints. Customer service staff were friendly and responsive to emails in a timely manner

Like the many other comments we ordered our couch/theater seats over a month ago still waiting and unfortunately your at their mercy because you can't cancel or they will charge you a percentage and you have to pay for it all up front! Total BS! I only wish we had more options initially the furniture stores here don't carry these chairs so your again basically stuck ordering from this *** company! Nuts!

Poor customer service. Poor responsiveness. Bait and switch. Scammed me out of savings.

I placed an online order for a 'ships in 24 hours' item. After a week or so, I receive a call that indicated that my order was actually not in stock and wouldn't be available until August 15.

Bad business, but with the discounts and the fact that I was not in a pressing need, I called back to tell them to move ahead. I called and spoke with a sales guy who was clearly eating lunch while I was talking to him. As annoying as this was I pressed on and he took my contact information and promised someone would call. No calls.

Fast forward, the end of August and I'm expecting that my order would be filled. I called and they said that my order was cancelled because I didn't respond to an email sent (which was sent to the wrong address even though my order confirmation and invoice were received at my email address) and phone calls which never happened (it's a cell phone ***, you don't miss calls or voicemail anymore). Needless to say the website notes that chairs I ordered were in stock for 24 hour processing but the salesman said they were not in stock - but they had a great special going on for something else.

Nice try but I'm not falling for the upsell and dishonest website maneuvers.

Misleading

When you order and they say ship date that does not mean the ship date to you location. It's the ship date to their California location. So if you live on the east coast you have wait another month+. Ordered may 29th. Still waiting. Delays after delays. Left 2 messages for manager. Still haven't spoken to one yet. I purchased The Godfather 2 end of 2010. Within three years or mid 2013 all the chair group was falling apart and the material was peeling and falling off.

The following is the response I received from my complaint:

"Thank you for filling out the form. I do apologize for the problems you have encountered. Unfortunately we no longer make this style chair or use the same material, something similar would be the Belmont under seacraft Majestic. We would be able to offer you a discount on new chairs but unfortunately would not be able to do anything for these as we no longer have the material or style chair."

Also from the fabric falling apart anyone who sat on The chairs headed through her clothes away because the faulty fabric stained and ruined their clothes.

So I ask you, would you buy furniture from a company that doesn't even stand behind their product? I bought seven chairs and ottomans thinking it was a quality product and as it turns out I could've bought cheaper Quality and a lot less money for better product. But the most unfortunate issue so that they will not stand behind their product when it is their fault in the first place.

Unfortunately bonded leather won't hold up under daily use.
