White Gloves? #407948
J.B. Hunt didn't come close to providing a white glove service.
They called me to my media rooms and showed me a jacked up chair configuration. They then told me 4seating sent the wrong chairs. I asked them to hang on while I called 4 seating, they left immediately. Fernando Reyes explained the seating arrangement and assisted me to lay out the correct order for the seats.
Everything fell in place perfectly, but I have to move every seat to get them down in the correct position.
Not cool after paying an additional $200 to have the chairs unpacked and dropped off in the media room. This is going down as excellent customer support, but miserable white glove service.

I haven't even revived my theater seating yet and I am truly disappointed. I was tolled that part of my order was out of stock back in September and that they would be in by November. I called a couple days after the day they said it would be in stock. They said it was in and I would get a tracking number the next day. I never received the tracking number the next day so I called again and they said the same thing. I have now been told the same thing a total of four time and I still have not tracking number and haven't received my order. I just hope if I ever receive my order the seating is better then there shipping. I am now out $3000.00 and haven't gotten the theater seating I ordered.

Poor customer service. Poor responsiveness. Bait and switch. Scammed me out of savings.
I placed an online order for a 'ships in 24 hours' item. After a week or so, I receive a call that indicated that my order was actually not in stock and wouldn't be available until August 15.
Bad business, but with the discounts and the fact that I was not in a pressing need, I called back to tell them to move ahead. I called and spoke with a sales guy who was clearly eating lunch while I was talking to him. As annoying as this was I pressed on and he took my contact information and promised someone would call. No calls.
Fast forward, the end of August and I'm expecting that my order would be filled. I called and they said that my order was cancelled because I didn't respond to an email sent (which was sent to the wrong address even though my order confirmation and invoice were received at my email address) and phone calls which never happened (it's a cell phone ***, you don't miss calls or voicemail anymore). Needless to say the website notes that chairs I ordered were in stock for 24 hour processing but the salesman said they were not in stock - but they had a great special going on for something else.
Nice try but I'm not falling for the upsell and dishonest website maneuvers.

Misleading
4seating - Seatcraft Godfather 2 Home Theater Seating Review from Covington, Louisiana
I purchased The Godfather 2 end of 2010. Within three years or mid 2013 all the chair group was falling apart and the material was peeling and falling off.
The following is the response I received from my complaint:
"Thank you for filling out the form. I do apologize for the problems you have encountered. Unfortunately we no longer make this style chair or use the same material, something similar would be the Belmont under seacraft Majestic. We would be able to offer you a discount on new chairs but unfortunately would not be able to do anything for these as we no longer have the material or style chair."
Also from the fabric falling apart anyone who sat on The chairs headed through her clothes away because the faulty fabric stained and ruined their clothes.
So I ask you, would you buy furniture from a company that doesn't even stand behind their product? I bought seven chairs and ottomans thinking it was a quality product and as it turns out I could've bought cheaper Quality and a lot less money for better product. But the most unfortunate issue so that they will not stand behind their product when it is their fault in the first place.
