Great Customer Service and Product

After weeks of searching online, going into showrooms locally of companies that specialize in Home Theater rooms and making a poor purchase at a local furniture store, I finally settled on 4seating. What made my initial experience at 4seating so amazing was the customer service that John Jasso gave.

He was able to assist me in the proper selection of seating both my wife and I wanted. John went above and beyond to answer my questions and work through my request. My wife really wanted a Chaise on the end of our Theater Seating area and I wanted electronic headrests along with lumbar support. John was able to build up a custom seating to meet all our needs at a more then reasonable pricing option.

I'm giving John Jasso 5 STARS, but I have to give 4seating a 4 star experience, because they should offer some sort of Financing option i.e. Synchrony, which a lot of major stores now partner with.

I ordered a diamente straight row of three back in September, was told it would ship November 19, just got a call, now they are saying it won't ship until December 20th, with no reason as to why. They shouldn't promise if they can't deliver.

Ordered a very nice leather sofa with all the bells and whistles on March 8th, shipping time was 6 weeks but I figured worth the wait. I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to JUNE 11th, WHAT?!! They couldn't answer why and had never bothered to update me on the delay. Even though their website said ship time on the sofa was 6 to 7 weeks that was just not true, it's going to be 13 weeks.
Update.
4seating contacted me about this review and offered a credit if I would change it to a positive, I emailed them back to clarify credit/partial refund, that was 3 days ago and I have not received a reply. I know 4seating has many good reviews but that just hasn't been my experience, it brings to question if they're offering incentives for all the positive reviews.
BUYER BEWARE - they are also affiliated with Theatreseat and Stargate Cinema...same parent company and service.

I just called (5/21) to confirm the new ship date was still good for 6/11. NOPE---now it's 6/21. Again, no notice that it had changed. Have to file small claims action, they've had my money for almost 3 months, also looking to class action, I don't think I'm the only one they've done this to, this is a pattern.

Worst Customer service ever

I ordered 8 theater seats for $4358.16 and some chairs had visible scratches and damages. Even the delivery company people told me that those chairs should be returned. When I called @ 4seatings phone number somebody named Angela Allan talked to me. She sent me and email asking the pictures of the damages. I sent the pictures together with a copy of the delivery note including the information about the damages. After sending the pictures I never got any response and when I called the number again nobody picked up the phone. I left a message too and still didn't get any response. So beware of this company. They are sending damaged seats which they may have purchased at a discounted rate.

We received our chairs middle of january. Upon arrival the one chair did not work and we had a tray table not show.

We called the following Monday and they said it would be sent out. About 3 weeks later the other chair did same thing and I called again. They would be sent out again I was told. A month goes by and still no switches.

They keep telling me that they are on backorder and that the container seems to be stuck in the same place it's been stuck for a long time. It's been 4 months with two chairs that don't work right. I got an email that I have a shipment coming. I opened the package and I received a table and a reading light for my trouble but not even one switch.

When I spoke to the lady this evening she gave me the same song and dance I've gotten for 4 months.

It's like a recording! Only thing it's real people!

The customer service from 4seating is just amazing! I would like to thank Richard Valdez for going out of his way for me to make me 100% satisfied! He was so patient with all my emails and questions, which i had a lot of! The quality of these chairs is amazing. Plus, when I called the show room, one of the salesmen, Alex Osorio sat on a few chairs to tell me the difference since I was out of state! How is that for customer service! I have bought my third set of chairs from 4seating and will continue to do so in the future!

They couldn't answer why. Even though their website says ship time on some sofas is 6 weeks that's just not true, it's 12 weeks. I spoke to them and they were very nice but absolutely unable to explain what or happened nor could offer any way to resolve the problem other than "pick another sofa".

Really unbelievable, they didn't even bother to email or call to notify me of the delay, had to find out on my own. Buyer beware.

I purchased my four theater seats last fall. After receiving the seats, I had a couple issues with the seats. If you are like me, you always wonder if the customer service is going to help you, or hurt. Well, do not fear with 4seating.com! I can guarantee that these people are really looking out for your wellbeing!! As a matter of fact, I recommend you ask for FERNANDO REYES personally! He has helped me twice and is he not only extremely professional, he actually cares about his customers!! Each time I have spoken to him, he has given me a personal touch and even remembers my situation. He doesn't sugar coat anything, just explains exactly what is wrong and how he will fix it. Not only do I love my seats, I am not worried that I will be taken care of after the purchase. Don't you worry either. These guys (including Jesse) deserve a raise for their dedication and professional customer support. Hope they get to see this review, if so, thank for everything FERNANDO REYES!!! My seats are perfect!!!

Great customer service!

I just worked with Fernando at 4Seating. He was EXCEPTIONAL! Very courteous, helpful and professional. Made certain everything was correct and he was a pleasure to worth with on the phone. The kind of service that makes you come back and refer other customers. Now this review will not let be submit unless there are 100 words. That is silly. Please do not bother reading anything after this as I am just taking up space. I wonder if "a" counts. A a a a a. No, it did not count more than once. 15 more words. What happens when we die? That would take up a lot of words. Done.

After spending all weekend scouring local furniture stores we found just what we wanted, but walked away when the retailer was unwilling to negotiate whatsoever. Now that I knew what I wanted, I came home and hit the internet to see where else we could find it.

So glad I did, because we found the same features with better quality construction from 4Seating.com. They were offering a special promotion on their website, which wouldn't work correctly when I tried to place the order on their website, so I called in the morning and spoke with Alex Osorio, who took my order, applied the discount and saw that the furniture was shipped out the same day. Eight days later our chairs arrived (came across the country faster than the local furniture stores could deliver across town, and with free shipping, to boot!). Unfortunately, there was some damage to one of the chairs and a few missing A/C adaptors.

I called 4Seating about the issues and spoke with Richard Valdez this time, who was quick to act, shipping out a replacement chair right away and FedExing the missing power adaptors so we will be able to recline all of our chairs before the weekend arrives. So happy with our purchase.

The best sectional we have ever owned, beautiful, comfortable and built to last! Wouldn't hesitate to send our friends to 4Seating if they are ever in the market.

Spoke with Fernando Reyes on January 23, 2018 about a problem receiving a replacement seat motor that was promised by another rep to be shipped on January 8, 2018. Fernando immediately went to the parts/shipping department, found the motor, and had it shipped that afternoon. As promised, he called me back within 15 minutes and reported on the status. The motor arrived today (January 30) and once installed allowed my theater chair to recline. His prompt attention to my complaint and swift action allowed my lingering problem to be solved. Fernando was pleasant, respectful, and attentive to my needs. I rate his service as Outstanding. Job well done!

We purchased six theater seats from 4seating.com recently, and as my husband was assembling them, he insisted we had been sent two wrong seats (left vs. right). After spending about half an hour trying to change the configuration so that all the seats fit correctly, we just couldn't figure it out. Needless to say, by the time I called 4seating.com (thank God they're available on Sunday!) and spoke to Fernando Reyes, I was at my wits end and not in a very good mood. However, Fernando was very professional and courteous, and he calmly explained to my husband how to switch the seats around so that he had the exact configuration. Dubious at first, we had our seats properly set up five minutes later! Thank you Fernando, you were very gracious and helpful, but most of all, you knew how to tactfully turn a frustrated conversation into a calm one.

Patricia helped setup the order. Once the order arrived white glove it was set up out of order. I called and got connected with Richard, he knew right away what was wrong. He was patient we lost connection. He didn't give up. Through emails, phone calls, photos, we got the situation straighten. The delivery man was kind, clean and effecient. AND I LOVE THE CHAIRS. They are beautiful and so comfortable.
