Great Customer Service and Product
After weeks of searching online, going into showrooms locally of companies that specialize in Home Theater rooms and making a poor purchase at a local furniture store, I finally settled on 4seating. What made my initial experience at 4seating so amazing was the customer service that John Jasso gave.
He was able to assist me in the proper selection of seating both my wife and I wanted. John went above and beyond to answer my questions and work through my request. My wife really wanted a Chaise on the end of our Theater Seating area and I wanted electronic headrests along with lumbar support. John was able to build up a custom seating to meet all our needs at a more then reasonable pricing option.
I'm giving John Jasso 5 STARS, but I have to give 4seating a 4 star experience, because they should offer some sort of Financing option i.e. Synchrony, which a lot of major stores now partner with.

Very nice selection and great prices. I called customer service who spent a lot of time with me to help select exactly what I was looking for. The manufacturer of the couch kept delaying shipments, not the fault of 4seating, but 4seating bent over backwards to either...

4seating contacted me about this review and offered a credit if I would change it to a positive, I emailed them back to clarify credit/partial refund, that was 3 days ago and I have not received a reply. I know 4seating has many good reviews but that just hasn't been my experience, it brings to question if they're offering incentives for all the positive reviews.
BUYER BEWARE - they are also affiliated with Theatreseat and Stargate Cinema...same parent company and service.
Update #2.
I just called (5/21) to confirm the new ship date was still good for 6/11. NOPE---now it's 6/21. Again, no notice that it had changed. Have to file small claims action, they've had my money for almost 3 months, also looking to class action, I don't think I'm the only one they've done this to, this is a pattern.

Worst Customer service ever
Very dissatisfied is an understatement
We received our chairs middle of january. Upon arrival the one chair did not work and we had a tray table not show.
We called the following Monday and they said it would be sent out. About 3 weeks later the other chair did same thing and I called again. They would be sent out again I was told. A month goes by and still no switches.
They keep telling me that they are on backorder and that the container seems to be stuck in the same place it's been stuck for a long time. It's been 4 months with two chairs that don't work right. I got an email that I have a shipment coming. I opened the package and I received a table and a reading light for my trouble but not even one switch.
When I spoke to the lady this evening she gave me the same song and dance I've gotten for 4 months.
It's like a recording! Only thing it's real people!

They couldn't answer why. Even though their website says ship time on some sofas is 6 weeks that's just not true, it's 12 weeks. I spoke to them and they were very nice but absolutely unable to explain what or happened nor could offer any way to resolve the problem other than "pick another sofa".
Really unbelievable, they didn't even bother to email or call to notify me of the delay, had to find out on my own. Buyer beware.

Very pleased - would definitely recommend
After spending all weekend scouring local furniture stores we found just what we wanted, but walked away when the retailer was unwilling to negotiate whatsoever. Now that I knew what I wanted, I came home and hit the internet to see where else we could find it.
So glad I did, because we found the same features with better quality construction from 4Seating.com. They were offering a special promotion on their website, which wouldn't work correctly when I tried to place the order on their website, so I called in the morning and spoke with Alex Osorio, who took my order, applied the discount and saw that the furniture was shipped out the same day. Eight days later our chairs arrived (came across the country faster than the local furniture stores could deliver across town, and with free shipping, to boot!). Unfortunately, there was some damage to one of the chairs and a few missing A/C adaptors.
I called 4Seating about the issues and spoke with Richard Valdez this time, who was quick to act, shipping out a replacement chair right away and FedExing the missing power adaptors so we will be able to recline all of our chairs before the weekend arrives. So happy with our purchase.
The best sectional we have ever owned, beautiful, comfortable and built to last! Wouldn't hesitate to send our friends to 4Seating if they are ever in the market.

Best place to leave the review is trustpilot and Amazon, then they will respond, thay is the only real way to get results or at least a chance to make things right. They responded really fast to me.
