I purchased a 2 row leather Seatcraft Seville 7000 series in April 2016 and am extremely satisfied with the theater seating. The chairs arrived on-time as was promised. The shipper assisted me in unboxing and easily set them up in the house. I am very pleased with the workmanship and operation of the reclining motor, also they are very comfortable to sit for long periods of time while watching movies and shows. Recently while cleaning, the electric cord connector ( transformer) got positioned in the reclining mechanism and cracked which rendered the motor inoperable. I emailed 4Seating.com and asked how I could get a replacement part, Richard Valdez answered my inquiry in less than 8 hours and arranged a replacement part to be shipped at no cost. I would highly recommend this product and 4Seating.com to anyone looking to buy theater seating.

This is our second order of Theater seating from an online outlet within your group of companies (ORBOCorp). The first order was a high-end 100% leather grouping for a home in Mountain View, AR (white glove delivery).

It was perfect in every way. This more recent order had unfortunate forklift damage in transit. Even the very best companies will have experience occasional issues or damages. But, the manner in which the company handles a problem if and when they occur is ultimately what distinguishes them and builds admirable reputation.

Richard Valdez, your excellent handling of this situation in terms of speedy response, clear communication and explanation of options; and final execution of our chosen option was truly superior. That says everything that needs to be said about corporate commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Fernando Reyes helped me with my issues.

I had a problem with my theater seating. Fernando helped me out. Thanks. My seat controller stopped working. I called Fernando and was given instructions as to how to isolate the actual problem. I followed those instructions and found out that the problem was the controller. I sent pictures and my replacement parts were ordered. This has been one of several issues with this seating. The cup holders are supposed to light up. Now for the third time they stopped working. Thankfully getting my issues resolved has been somewhat less stressful. Additionally it is easy to fix the problems. That being said I had another chair for over 8 years without a single problem.

I misspelled something on the original order

So far, this has been a REALLY good experience... with one small exception. I was SO EXCITED to order my seating that I actually misspelled my own name in the original email order so I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation that my order went through or that my seats had been shipped. When I called, Fernando wasn’t able to change the email address and ended up sending me the confirmation separate from the original order form. You all should trust your employees to have the ability to fix a minor error like this for your customers. Thank you

Problem fixed

Purchased Seatcraft Anthem January 2018. Upon delivery the center cup holder lights would not work, and the base lighting was missing.

After speaking with the same person 3 different times on the phone, being disconnected twice, I was told a customer service rep. would call back shortly.

After 2 days I had become so frustrated I was planning to return the sofa and buy some where else. After a couple days I decided to try once more, and called customer service, this time speaking with Richard Valdez, in about 10 minutes he not only fixed my problem, he impressed me so much I decided to buy the rest of the collection from4Seating.

Another bogus review.. "After speaking with the same person 3 different times " So, doing the exact same thing and expecting different results? Then You decided to try once more, and called customer service, this time speaking with Richard Valdez and you were soooo impressed with the fact they were dodging your complaints that you ordered more product from them and you expect people to really believe this review!

I had a small concern after recieving my seats, a small discrepancy between what was delivered and what was pictured on the website, as well as one small missing part, an insert for one of the cupholders. I called ready to be upset and having to argue, but that was unnecessary as the person I talked to, John J was super helpful and did a great job of taking care of me, the customer, after the sale. The insert was sent out fedex the next day and offered to get me compensated for the descrepancy without me even having to ask, which I would have but he was just too good at his job. Too many places disregard their customers once the transaction is complete, but not 4seating, they wanted me to be completely satisfied and I am. I would buy from them again as well as reccomend to anyone on the fence about buying from them. Selling stuff is the easy part, treating customers well before, during and AFTER the sale is a rare treat and 4seating does it right.

I called 4seating on a Sunday, and was routed to Fernando. I had not received three neck pillows from an earlier order, and Fernando processed a replacement order for the missing neck pillows, as well as for three silicone cup holder inserts that were missing. Fernando obtained the information he needed, and did not offer any resistance to sending the replacement items. With a minimum of hassle, he created a new order, got my new shipping address, and entered my order, shipping my missing items by Federal Express. Fernando was great. He took care of business with a great attitude and efficiency. And on a Sunday, no less.

Order was placed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivered to white glove delivery service and then to our home within two weeks which is amazing considering how far the seats traveled. The only issue was there was a small smudge on the rear of one of the arms and we were missing one cupholder insert, but after a call to 4seating, they sent out the extra cupholder insert and a leather cleaning kit for free. If I can spend $3000 on a set of seats and the only issues is a small smudge and a missing cupholder insert, then I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Both Fernando and Dario where great to deal with, dealt with my problem in a matter minutes. They quickly dealt with the issue at hand and drove to resolution how to fix it. The techs that came out knew what they were doing and were professional and on time. Would recommend 4 seating to anyone. Overall, great family business, with good values. I wish every company was as easy to deal with. The Best part is that they stand behind their products. From the time you go into the show room, working on selecting chairs, after they are installed and as issues come up. 4 Seating is the rocks!

I had ordered two rows of movie recliners, 7 seats total, and they arrived on time and in excellent condition. With the order I was to choose two free accessories, and so I chose the tablet holders. However, when I opened the boxes there were pieces missing that didn’t allow for proper assembly of the holders. When I called 4Seating customer service I was immediately connected to a representative, Fernando Reyes. Not only was Fernando pleasant and genuinely concerned about my issue, but he promptly set to correcting the problem. He also provided me with an email link that takes me directly to him should I have any questions or problems in the future. VERY IMPRESSED and will definitely recommend to family & friends! We had a slight problem with a recent order on delivery and Fernando Reyes handled it quickly, professionally, and to our satisfaction. No hassles and quick service with a replacement on its way before we ended the phone call. This company and their agent Fernando evidently knows what customer service means. In addition, the items purchased were of first class constructions, packaged extremely well for shipment. We will purchase again from this company and hope to deal with Fernando again as he was excellent. Not sure I like this rating service as it demands 100 words in the details when it is unnecessary. So I am adding some useless words.

Received my chairs today and had them set up. The gentlemen who set them up informed me that they only sat next to each other but my husband disagreed. When ordering, my husband remember them having brackets to attach them together. I submitted a email and was contacted within orders by their customer service. A representative by name of Fernando contacted me and apologizes for the inconvenience and immediately submitted the order for brackets, and provided instructions on how to install them. He also gave me his 800 number to call if we he had any issues. The customer service provided by him was personal and he was very knowledgeable about the product.

I ordered two complete sets of 4-seat, leather theater seats from 4Seating. When they arrived, one of the seats had loose stitching. I knew it would get worse over time and use so I called 4Seating and spoke with Richard. At first he tried to connect me to a local upholstery shop for an on-site repair. When that didn't work, he got approval to send me a replacement seat at no additional charge. The seat was here within a week and installed that same day. When a consumer is spending thousands on furniture like this, a free replacement is definitely the way to go. So, 4Seating did right by me. Thanks.
