Order # 572601 1. Cupholder damage is on double-arm chair. Loud motor on 1-right arm chair. Pics attached. 2. Pic of white manufacturing label attached on 1-right arm chair that has loud motor. 3. Pics of boxes attached. They came in 2 stacks of 4 boxes in blue shrink wrap. I signed a paper accepting delivery. We have plenty of pictures of the boxes that I have emailed already but no response. HE IS DEAD! THE SEATS WERE FOR HIM! I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND HAVE MY FULL REFUND BACK IMMEDIATELY!!! RICHARD THE SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO HIS BOSS!!!

ZERO, ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO UNDERSTANDING OF SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and false advertising on time line and faulty product. I ordered a row of 2 chairs. I was told 2 weeks delivery. OK, you would think that's 2 weeks to get your home correct? nope! That is 2 weeks to get to the 3rd party shipper, JB Hunt. Once there, then you have to wait for JB Hunt to call you to schedule delivery and are on their clock now. Which was 6 weeks out! SERIOUSLY? So I emailed sales person at 4seating, Andrew. I got no response about the timeline complaint. Then today, I get my chairs. The delivery guys tell me it has to be missing a piece because there's nothing to connect the 2 chairs together with. One seat has 2 armrests, the other seat has one one so as with all other furniture that connects that seems normal. The bottom shows 2 connecting tracks like it's supposed to connect to something but the other seat has nothing to connect to. I email pics and description of issue and complaint about it taking 2 months to Andrew again, no answer. I email to Patricia, she responds with "Thank you for your email. The seats just sit close together, they do not connect to each other. Thank you again, Patricia 800-407-****" Seriously? They just "sit close together" No way that's true! I email her back that there's no way that can be right that it has connecting tracks on bottom but nothing to connect to. NO RESPONSE. Horrrible customer service responses and faulty product. Don't waste your time with them!

Ruthless customer service

Ordered seats in July 2021. Was promised Dec delivery. In April now and just got the seats. The delivery guy pretty much left th in front of the garage and vanished. No replies to emails and customer service calls. Finally got in touch with the manager and he wasnt helpful at all and would not take any accountability to get this resolved.

every chair I would have bought with free shipping they tried to charge $99 to ship. WTF They still have not contacted me accept to say I left items in my cart and they have free 24 hour shipping.

Delay in delivery

Order furniture on 11/2/21 And have not received as of today tracking number is 557671. Tried repeatedly to get customer service but prompts only ask to dial by directory. Need update on delivery ASAP.

Horrible service

Ordered new seats for my pickup for 3k in Sept.20. Checked with them in Dec.20, stated covid-19 issues. Checked again in Feb.21, they finally sent me the shipping info. On the 18th. Constantly checked throughout Mar., Finally earlier this month they told me my order was "lost". I've called 4 times, sent several emails and they've not sent my refund. Next step is the Ca. AG's office.

I called the company when the sofa came with *** in the side. Angela told me to accept the order and they would replace the part. I did so and discovered two days later when I called back for a status update that the replacement wouldn't come for another 3 months (this was after the original order took 4 months to arrive). Had I known this, I would have refused the order and looked elsewhere.

Actually, it took two follow-up calls because I got conflicting information about whether an order for the replacement panel had even been placed--which seems a strange thing for a company to get wrong the first time I ask.

As for the length of time, they kept telling me the delay was due to the fact that it was a "custom" order. They couldn't explain what that meant. These are standard parts on a commoditized sofa (you see other brands selling the same thing on other websites). I didn't order anything other than the standard options on the site.

Regardless, my problem isn't so much that it's going to take so long to get the replacement panel, it's that it would have been nice to have all of the information before I ordered, or even before I accepted the damaged sofa. When I complained about the lack of information regarding the part (not the length of time itself, but the lack of information about it), Angela's response was: "Then you shouldn't have ordered a custom sofa." This is despite saying just prior that this delay for the replacement panel would have been just as long for any sofa they sell. Again, I still don't know what makes a sofa custom and standard for them.

You can find their style of sofa cheaper elsewhere. I chose 4aeating because I read good reviews on their service. I might have just had an unusual experience, but their service was lacking for me.

Very poor info on shipping and customer satifaction

So ordered my new chairs on 12/19 fully paid, web site said 24 hours shipping, never happened until after Jan 01, and no updates or communications from 4 Seating. Now my order is still in transient and might not be here until Feb, I called and asked to find out this info on the Feb time frame, I told them I work out of country a lot and will be gone very soon, and if they had kept me informed, I would have told them to cancel my order, now its will cost me an extra $500 or more to return it plus the white glove express I paid extra for is written off, and 30%.

Wow! that's a Big company rip off for sure. Do not use this company, unless you want to be ripped off.

All this info should be on the web site, plus contact with customers each and every step of the process. Clear written statements on shipping, speeds, cost and time lines.

False advertisement

They state 24 hours FLASH shipping on their website. Therefore, I ordered a theater chair set from the in stock list, forgoing the one I really wanted.

What they really mean is it will leave their warehouse, wherever that is and if it's true at all, in 24 hours. Where it then goes to a 3rd party who takes weeks if not months to get it to you. I have received two emails now saying my product has shipped. Looked in tracking details, which never updates or changes by the way, and it state checked in.

Checked in is defined as driver is on his way to pick up but it's not in their trailer. Does that not mean it has NOT shipped?

When one states 24 hours shipment I am pretty sure anyone on this planet assumes it means that it is on the way to the purchaser in 24 hours. Meaning it should arrive at most in a week at most.

Once it ships, the typical transit time is 7 to 10 business days to reach the freight terminal nearest the customer's location. After it arrives and is offloaded, the freight carrier will contact the customer to set up a delivery date and time.

They dont care if you ever get your order

Definitely not happy! Initially spoke with Andrew to get some questions answered when I wanted to move forward I emailed him back, he did not reply because he said he was off for several days.

When I tried to check out myself online through their website the $200 discount for Memorial Day was being dropped down to $100 after entering my credit card info-SO MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION! I ended up buying another couch from another company because there was a time crunch and being stuck in the house more these days-due to covid 19. My other order did not go through, so I emailed Andrew back again that I wanted to move fast and in case they work on commission to call me ASAP- Again no reply. And again self check out was not honoring $200 discount for Fathers Day sale.

I decided to call and spoke to Zach The only good experience Ive had in this whole thing. Ended up paying more and getting a better real leather sofa. Zach showed me the value in the upgrade but the only set back was that the Republic from Seatcraft was not one of their ships in 24 hr items. Zach told me I should have sofa in my home no later than 4 weeks.

And I paid the extra $200 for White Glove delivery BIG MISTAKE! 1st sales rep Andrew called me a week later- and said to just check out myself online and he would tag himself for the credit (felt like he wanted to do as little as possible-he said he had been out sick this time-understandable during these times, but definitely did not deserve any commissions if any over Zach. Had I spoken to Zach from the beginning I would have had my couches a long time Ago. I Live in NJ and they used JB HUNT for their white glove -when scheduling apt for white glove delivery which was an extra 2 week process.

I let them know I had 2 items that I wanted to be delivered together. Rep said they already had all my items. I double Checked with them again before delivery date they again and they said yes. Driver showed up late-passed delivery window with only 1 recliner Which took 2 seconds to connect 2 wires together and that was it -that simply.

And driver had me confused with someone else that needed to return an item????? Clearly another mess up from JB Hunt. Currently theirs confusion back and forth with 4seating as to where my sofa is located. I still do not have my sofa after already throwing away our old couch and a family of 4 having no place to sit/eat.

Which I would not have done if they didnt confirm twice that I would get all my items- JB Hunt first said it must be on another truck- then -apparently they didnt even have it at all to begin with -And by the time they get it- it will be another 2 weeks to schedule delivery. 4seating customer service said they did not have any control of JB Hunt&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; washed their hands-offered no solution other then just wait for JB to call and schedule. Even though it is the company they chose to do business with. If I had not paid the extra $200 for white glove my sofa would probably already be here.

Customer service rep said it was too late to cancel it and get money my back and would only delay it further. So if you are shopping online with no discount, dont mind waiting all the time they say your item will take to get to you plus and extra couple of weeks- then sure. Dont count on all your items Being there at delivery so dont be hasty throwing anything out until you have everything finally at your home. The only Seatcraft Delta chair I have received so far is beautiful, so I would recommend buying them from another company and dont bother with white glove unless you dont mind extra delays.

Its really not that complicated to put together. Theres just too many cooks in the kitchen- from Seatcraft shipping items to 4seating to them mailing it to delivery company from them sending it to another company for white glove installation. So many ways it could go wrong. Seatcraft would sell a lot more buy removing all these middle men.

But lesson learned so -I would not recommend or will be purchasing form 4seating in the future. Only thing I have control over is sharing my experience through online platforms to save the next person the trouble.

On other sites, she updated her review to a 3 star. As the Manager I kept in contact with her and provided her updates and was the liaison between the customer and the freight carrier to make sure it was delivered. We do pride ourselves in having a deep caring for our customers and will always do our best to do the right thing- even in the most difficult of times.
