4Seating - Poor delivery and communications
My order arrived incomplete and they committed to delivering the missing parts this month, September. With no explanation or apology they recently sent me a note stating I wont get my missing parts until November.
The exact language of their message to a customer who has been waiting months and now must wait several more months was: Your Order 413962's status has been updated. The item(s) below will be shipping on 11/17/2017, Seatcraft Madison Black 7000 Leather Wedge Console 2 Cups. As soon as it ships, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number with easy one-click tracking. I tried calling their customer service line and get a recording that only allows search for individuals by name.
Since I don't know anyone at their company I was unable to get a human on the phone or leave a message. I will let the reader be the judge of 4Seating.com's performance.
