Horrible Experience with 4seating

Looks like 4seating has good reviews overall so I ordered 2 leather couches on May 9th with the understanding they would take 4 weeks to reach me. On June 5th I have not heard one word from 4seating so I called and spoke to Jessica.

She stated the couches would be delivered July 1st which would be 7 weeks from the time I ordered. On June 29th, not a word from their no service department so I emailed Jessica who emailed me right back. Her response was "our apologies there is now another 3 week delay with the delivery of your furniture so it will not be Delivered until July 21st". I emailed her back and she referred me to Richard a customer service rep who was not helpful.

His only option was to get me in touch with another sales rep and purchase something different or they could issue me a refund. I have now been waiting on this furniture for 2 months and this is the service I get. They don't care! Where is management?

Why are they not getting involved? Why does this company allow hourly service reps to make decision that aggravate their customers? I don't get it! It's now July 2nd and I just cancelled my order which I am sure not one person at 4seating cares!

I am back to square one. When I canceled last night Jesse another sales rep stated it would take 3-5 days to process and a manager would have to approve the return notification. So funny because on May 9th when I placed my order my card was charged the same day. I have no confidence in 4 seating and i can see myself fighting them to receive my refund.

Potential customers of 4seating beware, this company will lie to you and will never keep you posted unless you call them first. Also if you don't mind waiting for 3 to 6 months to get your furniture this might be the place for you!!

I ordered couch 4 months ago. Was told slight delay and therefore would take 6wks to receive. After 6 wks had nothing but after a number of calls was told would receive by June 18th. Here it is July 24th and I still don't have the couch. I just spoke with a rude CSR who stated it had been delivered to my state and I needed to contact shipping company. I Called the shipping company who stated only delivers 2days a week so now I still have another week to wait. I'm about to send it back cause this is ridiculous. The customer service is awful. Ordering was smooth but not at all worth the wait.

I would still never recommend. Regardless of how long you have been in business.

When it did get delivered the driver ran into my rock wall cause insisted on pulling into driveway instead of front parking. When I called I was told had to call another number which I did who then said to send the photos to an email and never got a response or anything for damage.

The couch is nice. But the lack of communication and customer service.

I purchased recliner theater seats I was told they were as comfortable as the big and tall and that I had nothing to worry about because I wanted it in gray and big and tall didnt come in gray I have to use foam on it to make it comfortable the company said if I returned it for the big and tall it would cost me the round-trip shipping which would be $400 and another 200 for the white glove to bring the big and tall one plus pack up and bring back the other one also it would cost me more for the big and tall so by time I got done it would cost $1000 just to return it and get the other one and theyre gonna be nice enough not to charge me the Re-Shelfing charge Facepalm I Try to put a review on their site and it wont even go in thats why they have five stars on their page it dint go Facepalm The last guy I spoke to kept saying when I asked him questions back that I was cutting him off and not listening to him how can I been answering him if I wasnt listening to him he also said I didnt do my due diligence and I shouldve how was I supposed to do this I said if theres nowhere around my area that has to try dont be stupid like me and waste your money dont buy from China theyre made for small people You dont have a big and tall to offer if your items are comfortable in the first place

this purchase is the worst purchase and most aggravating purchase i have ever made i purchased 2 chairs Jan 6 to have the chairs for the superbowl Today is April 1 and only one chair works properly the other is a piece of junk. When i first received shipment one of the chairs did not work so they send a replacement which was damaged and did not work properly. In addition tray accessories that were included in my purchase never arrived, When i call customer service they said the would send out two trays immediately,,,guess what one of the trays was broken and has yet to be replaced, If you use this company you will regret it, they cheat people and do not make good on their promises. Beware this company does not care about its customers! I will be repoorting them to the BBB but i have no faith in getting any help

Beware !! They don't deliver on time or so far at all.

I ordered off their 24 hour products, what a joke. its going to be over a month and I still don't have the order, its supposedly still at some warehouse. When I called customer care, the company punted the entire problem, and exported all responsibilities for the delayed and the company missing the delivery to the shipping company. Their delivery companies essentially don't care, and 4 seating will not help you at all.

I took off work and waited multiple days for the delivery and never show up, or called to reschedule ( they did call on the date it was supposed to be delivered).

The customer care people are no help whatsoever, They push it off onto the shipping company and say there is nothing they can do.

They also don't offer anything to retain customers.

Then when the 24 hour shipping order, was going to over a month delivery, and I tried to return the order, they tried to hit me with all these shipping fees and restocking fees. I took a screen shot of their delivery page and called my credit card company.

Same thing is happening to me right now. They take your money on time though.

After reviewing, this order was placed over a weekend and shipped on a Monday when the shipping department was back in office. Typical transit time is 7 to 10 business days and when white glove service is added it can take up to 5 business days longer as the freight is being handled by 2 different freight carriers.

This was ordered during a very busy holiday season for the freight carriers. I was very hesitant in purchasing almost $5,000 worth of theater seating over the internet, but spoke with Alex at 4seating, and he was extremely helpful. Bought 4 seats with shakers and equipment to operate seat shakers. Just received the Mantra series today, excellent quality, beautifully put together. Their white glove service people from JB Hunt excellent guys. Of course, just received them, will let you know how they hold up going forward, but so far really nice seats.

SO responsive during the purchasing process and they'll convince you the warranty is a great investment; yea, that's if you can actually use it. I've been waiting on a part since June and no one will return my emails or phone calls with updates. I have to hound them and probably look like a crazy person now, but all I want is an update on when I can expect the part, which by now I'm thinking I'll never see it. I just keep getting the runaround. I was actually considering purchasing another unit for my media room from them as we do like the seating; however, if this is what I have to deal with, as far as their customer service, I'll look elsewhere!

Price point is good, service is ok as long as nothing gets complicated. White glove service to the ground floor is alright but don’t ask for anything that requires thinking outside the box. We are stuck for $200 when we returned a theatre seat after white glove refused to deduct the additional money’s paid for the service and then couldn’t deliver. TJE

Everything was great, I bought real leather instead of going for their bonded leather options, which, nobody should ever buy bonded leather, it's not a good leather for longevity, in fact it's the worst. The top grain leather 7000 I bought is rich and real, obviously it's leather matched for the touchpoints where your body meets the seat. I bought a Seatcraft Enigma, leather 7000. As someone who has worked with leathers, you can discover that you should not buy bonded leather, basic research can alert you to its pros and cons. Service was great, had a little scratch on the chair when it arrived, I took a picture of it, sent it to them, and then they just sent me another entire chair. Can't ask for more.

Be weary of ANY review that doesn't include the DETAILS of making this customer whole again. Simply saying "they just sent me another entire chair" is very disingenuous and unhelpful to say the least. There is NO WAY they simply sent another chair without some sort of dialogue besides a picture.

Got the Seatcraft Pantheon, was terrified of spending so much money online without feeling it, but I'm glad I took the risk. Incredible comfort and looks.

We purchase 2 of the Seatcraft with usb chargers, lights and loved them for the first week. then the electronics in one went bad and have been working with the company in Cal.

to get it fixed. they have sent the part to be replaced THREE Times and haven't got it right yet. The part they send will not work in our chairs. Now Im being ignored.

I like the concept of the chairs but the Service Sucks big time...If you cant get it fixed. Its not worth it at any price..

Best place to leave the review is trustpilot and Amazon, then they will respond, that is the only real way to get results or at least a chance to make things right. They responded really fast to me.

Hope this helps You! You'd think with a large purchase they would really try to help.

We bought home theater seating that was delivered in June of 2018. No issues with the delivery or seating when delivered.

In July of 2018, on the left side of the chair, the lid of the armrest caved in. We were unhappy about that, but given the complaints that we found online, we didn't think it was worth our time to reach out to the company. A few weeks ago, the USB ports in the mid-section of the love seat just fell apart. We've noticed that while the exterior of the love seat is cushy and comfy, the interior parts are wobbly and cheap.

We paid a lot of money for this theater seating and we don't feel it will last very long as everything seems to be falling apart.

We wish we had just went to a showroom locally to purchase our home theater seating. Sad
